Our heat pump just conked off suddenly, start of winter with no heating was very worrying. called Magfox and Josh responded immediately, organised to send somebody and a day later Andy was over to look at it.
As the heat pump was relatively new he took down the details and contacted the company to get the original installers to have a look.in the meanwhile he got it running again so that we could use it .Very professional and superb service. I would highly recommend them .
